In "Admin Area" goto "Public View" in side panel & choose "site styles".
A list of various setting will be displayed, here Admin can add a new colour scheme or even can edit any existing scheme by giving hex-equivalent color codes in the appropriate fields.
Similarly one can configure the various icons that are being displayed at various places in "Site Icons" of the "Public View" Section.
