Refund Policy

If you face a bug that our support team fails to correct, you can request refund within 15 days of purchase. Before requesting the refund you must contact our support team with details of problem and all info needed to correct the problem. If you fail to do that, refund request will not be entertained. Refund request is entertained only once our support team fails to correct the problem.


REQUESTING REFUND:

Please provide following information along with the reason of refund request:

A. Information about the purchase :

1. Your Paypal id or Email address used for making payment
2. Time of purchase
3. Script purchased
4. Domain for which script was licensed

B. Information about the problem:

1. Detailed information about the problem you are facing
2. Reference url along with the passwords required to see the problem
3. Ftp and database access information so that we can confirm that installation has been carried out properly
.


WE PROVIDE REFUND IN FOLLLOWING CASES:
• When you get an error, and if we are not able to correct the error even after you provided all the information requested to access and correct the error. Please note that, in this case refund is only given if you provide detailed information about your error, requested by our support staff, such as reference url, ftp access, database access, access to tools to see and modify script db, script admin panel and member area password to see the error.

• If you accidentally bought the software more than once.

• A stated feature of the software fails to perform in spite of your server fulfilling the requirements for that.
We reserve the right to decline refund requests in the following cases:

WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO DECLINE REFUND REQUEST IN FOLLLOWING CASES:
• When a user demands a refund immediately after buying the software, or informs us that he purchased wrong product.

• When a user informs us about changing his decision to buy the software, saying he has uninstalled it and is not going to use it (with or without giving any reason). This is because we offer full demos on our web site.

• Refund is not issued for scripts for which any customization service is provided (free or paid).

• Refund is also not provided for any customization or custom work

• If you experience server incompatibility issues. Please note that for all features of a script to work, your server must support the following:

1. PHP, MySQL and server should allow the use of ionCube loaders.
2. Some tool like PHPMyAdmin to create db from .sql file. It is required to setup the db.
3. File writing to allow certain features like uploading of images through PHP.
4. For sending emails your server must allow sending mails through php mail() function.
5. For scripts that provide thumbnailing features, gd lib support and ImageMagik lib support is needed.
6 .At client end javascript and cookies must be enabled.
7. For IPN related features (e.g. adding money to member account when he pays by paypal account) , your web host must allow posts from external sources like paypal.
8. For software that have URL rewiting and seo related features your server must support apache mod_rewrite module.


• If the customer requests a refund due to the absence of features which we never claimed to provide and which are not listed in the feature list for our software.

• If the customer requests a refund due to the scripts not being open source or source not being editable. We clearly mention that our scripts are NOT open source.

• If the customer requests a refund because he does not want to abide by eula that he agreed to before purchasing the script. When anyone purchases the script he must read and agree to eula. Otherwise they should not purchase the script. E.g. if he does not want to keep link back / powered by / copyright notice etc in footer of the script. Our eula clearly states that you must maintain this information and link.

• When a user demands a refund, after the above declared time.

• We donot issue refund for customized scripts and customization charges.


To get a refund you must remove the software completely from your web server and confirm that you have destroyed all copies of the software.

We reserve the right to change the policy without any prior notice.
